Good morning and welcome to Music & Memories. 
 
This is Linda Sue, and I am the grief specialist at Patton-Schad Funeral Home. It is my pleasure to bring you this week’s program. This program is our way of reaching out to help families deal with those difficult days surrounding the death anniversary of a loved one. 
 
Already, the end of August comes a closure of summer and September forcing us back to our "new normal" routine. Change. As with the revolving months in a year, change is one thing we can count on. Of course, we don't have to like it but we also know we can't control it. When we lose someone we love to death, life as we knew it is shattered and yes; change. This is where our new "normal" steps in and we learn to live with their loss; knowing their with us always in our heart! The pain softens as we share the stories and legacies of our loved ones. Celebrate their Heaven day with family, love, laughter and tears. Your "change".
