Ronald Krupa

Ronald A. Krupa, age 75 of Sauk Centre, passed away on Tuesday, March 3, 2021 at the St. Cloud Hospital in St. Cloud, Minnesota.

A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, March 13 at Zion Lutheran Church in Sauk Centre with Rev. Marty Porter officiating.  Military honors will be provided by the Sauk Centre United Veterans Honor Guard.

Visitation will be held from 4 to 7 p.m. Friday at the Patton-Schad Funeral Home in Sauk Centre and from 10 to 11 a.m. Saturday at the church.

Ronald Albert Krupa was born August 22, 1945 in St. Cloud, Minnesota to John and Margaret (Henz) Krupa. He served in the U.S. Navy after high school and was honorably discharged in 1965. He was united in marriage to Margaret Johnson on January 20, 1968 in St. Francis.  Ronald graduated from St. Cloud Technical College and moved to Sauk Centre in 1970.  He worked for Marthaler Heating and Plumbing and for Trisco Plumbing and Heating.  Ronald worked at Kraft foods for 29 years and has lived in Sauk Centre for 51 years.

He was a member of Zion Lutheran Church in Sauk Centre and the Paul F. Donart V.F.W Post 2853. Ronald enjoyed camping, taking casino trips, shaking dice, riding scooter, and loved spending time with his friends and family.

Survivors include his loving wife of 53 years, Margaret Krupa of Sauk Centre; children, Brenda (Scott) Cheadle of Sauk Centre, Mike (Becky) Krupa of Sauk Centre, and Patty (Allan) Tate of Sauk Centre; seven grandchildren, Connor Krupa, Kelsey Houg, Megan Haase-Vanderwal, Ryan Krupa, Katelynn Cheadle, Alexis Tate, and Alexander Tate; six great-grandchildren, Kadince Holmquist, Ayden Haase, Jaxen Haase, Aubrey Houg, Trinity Schindler, and Mackenzie Schindler; and brother, Myron Krupa of Willmar.

Ronald was preceded in death by his parents; brothers and sisters, Geraldine Euteneuer, Raymond Krupa, Carol Ann Krupa,  and Jack Krupa.
