Nicole M. Meier, age 37 of Eden Prairie, passed away unexpectedly in her sleep on Thursday, July 9, 2026 at her home in Eden Prairie, Minnesota.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 12 p.m. Monday, July 20 at Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church in Edina with Rev. Nicholas Vance officiating. A private inurnment will be held at a later date.
Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. Monday at the church.
Nicole Mae Meier was born December 19, 1988 in St. Cloud, Minnesota to Donald Meier and Deanna Weinrich. She graduated from Apple Valley High School in 2007 and furthered her education at Normandale Community College and later transferred to St. Cloud State University for Biology, Chemistry, and her interest in aviation. She met her fiancé, Jeff Mobley, while they were both working at Starkey Hearing. The couple had three children, and Nicole was able to be a stay-at-home mother.
She attended Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church in Edina and St. Mary of the Lake Catholic Church in Plymouth. Nicole loved everything about airplanes and aviation, gardening, crafting, interior design, and most importantly, making sure her children were safe and ok.
Survivors include her children, Cora, Jackson, and Evelyn Mobley-Meier of Eden Prairie; fiancé, Jeff Mobley of Eden Prairie and his mother, Deb (Scott) Fryklund of Golden Valley; parents, Don (Kelly Braun) Meier of Minnetonka and Deanna (Matt) Kabliska of Onalaska, Wisconsin; grandmothers, Ginny Meier of Albany and Sharon Weinrich of Crosby; sister, Grace Kabliska of La Crosse, Wisconsin; brother, John Kabliska of Eden Prairie; and many loving relatives and friends.
Nicole was preceded in death by her grandfathers, Arnold “Arnie” Meier and Gordon Weinrich; and uncle, Kevin Weinrich.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred in support of Nicole’s children’s future.
