Al Rueter

Al J. "Curly" Rueter, 82, of Melrose died Sunday, November 6, 2005 at the St. Cloud Hospital.

Services will be private.

Al was born February 5, 1923 to John, Jr. and Anna (Mevissen) Rueter. He lived in Colorado for 40 years and moved back to Melrose in 2004. Al was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Freeport.

Survivors include his sister-in-law, Mary Ann Rueter of Albany, nine nieces and nephews. Clarence, David, Marvin and Arlene Fischer, Ruth Ann Calderon, Ginny and Steve Rueter, Debbie Burns and Diane Styler.

He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Ray Rueter; sister, Marcella Fischer, and 1 brother in infancy.
