Addison Wensman

Addison Lee Wensman was born and became an angel on Wednesday, May 18, 2011 at the St. Cloud Hospital in St. Cloud, Minnesota.

A private family service was held at the Patton-Schad Funeral Home in Melrose with interment in St. Mary's Cemetery in Melrose.

Survivors include her parents, Ryan and Melinda (Engelmeyer) Wensman of Melrose; grandparents, Dale and Debbie Engelmeyer of Melrose, and Denis and Mary Ann Wensman of Greenwald; great-grandparents, Roger and Mary Ann Engelmeyer of Melrose, and Melvin and Delores Gerads of Upsala; great-great-grandmother, Colette Von Wahlde of Melrose; and many aunts, uncles, relatives, and friends.

Serving as casket bearers will be Kathy Adams and Ryan Engelmeyer.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred.
